5. Facilities and Amenities:
   • Use of the swimming pool is subject to posted rules and hours of operation. Lifeguards may not be on duty; swim at your own risk.
   • Sea view rooms are assigned based on availability and room category booked

   • Guests are responsible for any damage to the Property or its facilities caused by their actions.
